My Life Coaching Approach

Utilising a variety of therapeutic, relaxation and scientifically proven approaches, including CBT, NLP, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy.  I support clients' emotional and practical needs ensuring a bespoke, non-judgemental and empethetic coaching approach.  I work with clients to help them obtain a deep understanding of their emotional concerns and reveal how this manifest into the world around them, including how it impacts on relationships, academic progress, career progression and mental health. 

By focussing on how the 'unregulated' mind operates in the negative, clients gain empowerment to 'reframe' their thought processes so that their mind operates in a 'regulated' more positive way, allowing the client to  overcome emotionally negative  barriers to their living a successful and a happy life.  Through this therapeutic process, clients gain clarity, acceptance, self-awareness and the achievement of a healthier and happier outlook moving forward.

Ultimately, with this new empowerment and accountability, clients have more control over, not only setting their life goals but  to also achieve them.
